Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://aragonsmobilemechanicco.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Aragon's mobile mechanic reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Aragon's mobile mechanic markets and arranges Oil Change, Brake Repair, Engine Diagnostics, Transmission Repair, Diesel Engine Repair, Tire Replacement. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Aragon's mobile mechanic or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aragon's mobile mechanic makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Aragon's mobile mechanic's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Aragon's mobile mechanic against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. CO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
